Social networking has affected society in many ways. For me, being in high school, social networking has played a big part in my life. Facebook has helped me keep in contact with my family living in the Philippines. I've sent video comments to my family which really has helped me keep a close connection with them. Twitter is really a great way to communicate. Simply put a phrase or question under 140 characters and have a response in literally minutes. Celebrities have even made songs about how efficient twitter has been.

haha nice. i find it funny how every one at first doesnt really care for sights like these and then later get addicted to them like how i am addicted to vampirefreaks, gaiaonline and facebook. i think though that getting to the point on making songs and stuff is a bit much but it does get the point across. i know people like for others to see their vids and such.
